  • Staff, office, storage and transport.
  • Local licences, permits and advertising approvals.

Operating costs are not reimbursed. You keep what you invoice, less the royalty.

How the arrangement works

You contract with advertisers directly and invoice them in your own legal name, under your own GSTIN. We are not a party to those contracts and do not collect advertiser payments.

You pay us a royalty on what you invoice. It is calculated before your operating costs, so driver payouts, connectivity, salaries and marketing do not reduce the base. GST you charge and remit is excluded.

Credit risk stays with you: a discount you give later, or an advertiser who fails to pay, does not change what is owed.

You buy the devices; the software is licensed for the term. You maintain a minimum active network in your territory, and that commitment is what keeps the territory exclusive to you.

If you exit, eligible devices can be sold back to us on a sliding scale set by how long they have been in service.

Device price, royalty rate, deposit and buy-back values depend on the territory and are set out in the information note we prepare for you.
