These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AdsViaRide platform, including our website at adsviaride.com, the advertiser dashboard at app.adsviaride.com, and any related services. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legally registered business in India to advertise on AdsViaRide. We may require a valid GSTIN for verification.

2. Acceptable use

Ads must comply with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) code, the Information Technology Act 2000, and applicable state laws. We reserve the right to reject or remove any creative we deem misleading, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of third-party rights.

3. Pilot program

Pilot-program slots are offered at our sole discretion. Acceptance requires verification of your business and creative. Pilot benefits are non-transferable and may be revoked at any time for breach of these terms.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsViaRide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
